1. Guest Responsibility
By completing the registration process, the guest confirms their authority to act on behalf of all individuals in their party. The guest accepts full responsibility for any damages or additional charges incurred during their stay and agrees to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Payments
All accommodation fees and incidental charges, including applicable VAT, must be paid in full by the time of departure unless prior arrangements are confirmed with Fluent’s management. Outstanding balances must be cleared before checkout.
3. Lost and Found
Forgot something? We’ll make every effort to contact you using the details provided during registration. Unclaimed items will be held for one month before being donated or discarded. Guests can request courier services for returns at their expense.
4. Limitation of Liability
Fluent is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, loss, or damage incurred during your stay, regardless of cause. This includes incidents involving negligence, third-party actions, or unforeseen circumstances. Guests use all facilities at their own risk.
5. Jurisdiction
All legal matters will be governed by the jurisdiction of South African courts. Fluent reserves the right to escalate disputes to the Supreme Court if necessary.
6. Health and Safety
Your well-being is our priority, but Fluent cannot accept liability for illnesses contracted during your stay. Use of amenities, including swimming pools, is strictly at your own risk.
Pool Rules:
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
- Management accepts no liability for accidents or injuries sustained at the pool or rooftop facilities.
7. Force Majeure
Fluent will not be held responsible for disruptions due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
8. Data Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Personal data provided during your stay will be securely stored and used only for communication, verification, and legal purposes.
- CCTV Footage: Captured solely for security and legal compliance.
- Third-Party Sharing: Data will not be shared unless required by law.
