Everything was seamless from arrival, and you can immediately tell the building is well managed — clean common areas, working lifts, good security, and attention to detail throughout. The unit was spotless and very comfortable, and the overall experience was stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Stayed at 100onM and dealt with Bongani at Fluent throughout - genuinely one of the better short-stay experiences I've had in the city. The apartment itself sits in that sweet spot between proper luxury and actually feeling like somewhere you'd want to come home to. High-end finishes, well thought-out space, nothing feels cheap or like it was done just to photograph well. But it doesn't have that cold, over-designed feel that some premium properties fall into. It actually feels warm and lived-in in the best way. Bongani was the standout though. Responsive, professional, and sorted things out without you needing to follow up twice. That kind of communication makes a real difference when you're travelling or just want a hassle-free stay. He struck the right balance - attentive without being overbearing. Would stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a premium Cape Town base that still has a welcoming, human feel to it.

Very clean apartment, friendly staff. The compact apartment (#315) was spacious with a sea view. Even though the hotel is located at a main street, we could sleep with open windows during the night and you heard and smelled the sea and birds, which was calming 😊.
