A very highly recommended stay. The location, room, and cleanliness were all excellent. There is a café located downstairs in the building, which quickly became our absolute favorite spot for breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We can absolutely recommend this place! Thanks for having us!
I had a non-refundable reservation at this hotel, but I had to cancel due to my flight being canceled. I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful and professional. My request was accepted very quickly. I truly appreciate their cooperation and excellent service, and my next stay will definitely be with them.
The hotel was great! Everything you need was around. Dee, Liziwe and Wonga were so helpful every single day. From recommendations, to going the extra mile to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Such a proactive team. The only place I’m staying when I come back.

Amazing stay: friendly managers, mainly Themba & Soso. Also they take care of security and you can ask them anything about capetown. Highly recommended!
I had a pleasant stay and the staff service is exceptional. The rooms are clean and well maintained. However, the shower is too tiny as I had to squeeze myself to fit in. Overall, I am happy and I would definitely recommend the place.
