Stayed here recently and it was absolute bliss! 🌊 Perfect location in Sea Point, stunning ocean views, and the staff were super attentive. Loved chilling by the rooftop pool. Would totally recommend for a comfy Cape Town getaway 😊 host Bianca was fabulous

Super nice location, very nice to have your own kitchen and very lovely people. Everthing is clean and tidy and the option for parking in the underground garage is great.

Great little apartment building to stay in while visiting Cape Town. Stellar location, the friendliest staff and a great room product. Always felt safe with 24/7 security on-site. Great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. And the view of Lions Head from the rooftop pool cannot be beat!! Highly reccomend if you are looking for a place to stay while visiting.

Fantastic stay! The location is perfect — easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the promenade. The staff and security are incredibly kind and welcoming, and housekeeping every other day kept everything fresh and comfortable. The unit had everything I needed, including a full kitchen, AC, and washer. The pool views are amazing and the dip pool is a great bonus. Prices are a bit high during peak season, and small rooms for the price, but overall absolutely worth it. Would definitely stay again! 🤗

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this self-catering accommodation that surpassed our expectations – it’s a lovely self catering apartment in a quiet and peaceful location with very reasonable prices compared to the surrounding hotels. The apartment is nice and the view is beautiful. The rooms are spacious. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is also nice, everything is nicely decorated. Kitchen is equiped with cooking utensils, in fact everything that you may need during your stay. Thank you!

I enjoyed this stay at Eighty2 Luxury Apartments and our hosts were wonderful. The building seemed brand new and the apartment felt cozy and comfortable. Make sure to ask them about a room with a view, when booking!!

I just ended my stay at one26 on M, and it was such a lovely experience! I was booked in for a business trip and it had absolutely everything I needed! The staff had a quick and easy check-in process and were very friendly and helpful. My room had a great view and it was peaceful and quiet enough for me to work when needed from the apartment. There were great complimentary items in the room which helped me with all the basics and more than what you'd get at a hotel, as well as housekeepers who came to clean regularly. I would definitely recommend staying here to any business person, and would definitely recommend it for travellers, as it's a walk away from the promenade and a whole bunch of interesting restaurants, cafe's and other amazing experiences. Thank you so much to the team at one26 on M! You really made my stay incredible!

PRIME LOCATION in Sea Point! I loved my stay in a 1-bedroom apartment! The Fluent team were so accommodating. I felt safe, cozy and was so close to many cool local spots in the area. Highly recommend! I also loved their work pods onsite - so convenient.

The surroundings create an instant sense of calm, making it the ideal escape while still being close to everything you need. View of Lions Head and Table Mountain. The property itself is exceptionally comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. Every detail reflects care and quality, from the immaculate interiors to the inviting atmosphere. Stayed at 100onM and dealt with Bongani at Fluent throughout - genuinely one of the better short-stay experiences I've had in the city. The apartment itself sits in that sweet spot between proper luxury and actually feeling like somewhere you'd want to come home to. High-end finishes, well thought-out space, nothing feels cheap or like it was done just to photograph well. But it doesn't have that cold, over-designed feel that some premium properties fall into. It actually feels warm and lived-in in the best way. Bongani was the standout though. Responsive, professional, and sorted things out without you needing to follow up twice. That kind of communication makes a real difference when you're travelling or just want a hassle-free stay. He struck the right balance - attentive without being overbearing. Would stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a premium Cape Town base that still has a welcoming, human feel to it.
