We have sadly just checked out of a beautiful stay with Eighty2 On Main. We stayed in appointment 301. Apartment was big enough for 2 adults, plenty of storage. Apartment was well equipped with more than you need for a comfortable stay. Apartment was modern and stylish with a part sea view! Staff go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. We arrived early after a night flight. Staff took our suitcases and stored them while we went for food and a coffee over the roaf. Staff let us check in earlier once the room was ready and our bags were in our room on arrival. After checking in we asked about a mirror as there was only a small one in the bathroom, a few days later a large floor length mirror had been fitted in the living area! ☺️ (much appreciated 🫶) Laundry area based on the ground floor of the apartments, we used this once within our stay, super easy to use and lovely and clean. We brought our own detergent, however the apartment does provide if needed. 💙 (A little maiden would be fab to dry clothes on, think this is the only thing missing from the apartment as we don't like to put our clothes in the dryer) Pool area clean modern and stylish, we only used it once but that was only because we was out having to much fun. Location of the apartment was perfect for us, walking distance to V&A water front, about a 20/30mins walk. Lots of bars restaurants etc within the area! Cleaners visit every other day, towels replaced and apartment cleaned. We unfortunately had a bit of food poisoning from oysters at Houts Bay, nothing to do with the apartment. However having such a clean, comfortable apartment made having to stay in the apartment for a full 24hrs unwell alot more comfortable. Cleaners brought us extra toilet rolls and clean towels. Staff greeted you as you came and left the apartment, asked about your day, if we needed anything. The night security guard was lovely every night big smile welcoming you back. We definitely will not hesitate to re book when staying again in Cape Town. By far one of the best apartments we've stayed in, home from home. 💙☺️ Thank you all at Eighty2 On Main for making our stay a wonderful one. 😘

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property is beautifully maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless and professional. The management team truly stands out — they were responsive, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything needed. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service made the experience even more enjoyable. We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. We truly felt taken care of throughout our entire visit. To our surprise, they even upgraded our room, which made the experience feel extra special. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The views were absolutely stunning, and being so close to the sea made everything even more magical waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. Everything about our stay felt smooth, relaxing, and thoughtfully managed. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Fantastic stay! The location is perfect — easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the promenade. The staff and security are incredibly kind and welcoming, and housekeeping every other day kept everything fresh and comfortable. The unit had everything I needed, including a full kitchen, AC, and washer. The pool views are amazing and the dip pool is a great bonus. Prices are a bit high during peak season, and small rooms for the price, but overall absolutely worth it. Would definitely stay again! 🤗

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this self-catering accommodation that surpassed our expectations – it’s a lovely self catering apartment in a quiet and peaceful location with very reasonable prices compared to the surrounding hotels. The apartment is nice and the view is beautiful. The rooms are spacious. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is also nice, everything is nicely decorated. Kitchen is equiped with cooking utensils, in fact everything that you may need during your stay. Thank you!

Best stay in CPT yet! Bongani and his team went out of their way to make sure that I had the best time possible, everything from luggage management to telling me about their recommended restaurants. The building is stunning in terms of amenities , besides the stunning pool deck, they have stunning retails spaces, I highly recommend a breakfast at Stellski and an ice cream at Moro! Thank you Fluent 🏆 I will be back soon!

I just ended my stay at one26 on M, and it was such a lovely experience! I was booked in for a business trip and it had absolutely everything I needed! The staff had a quick and easy check-in process and were very friendly and helpful. My room had a great view and it was peaceful and quiet enough for me to work when needed from the apartment. There were great complimentary items in the room which helped me with all the basics and more than what you'd get at a hotel, as well as housekeepers who came to clean regularly. I would definitely recommend staying here to any business person, and would definitely recommend it for travellers, as it's a walk away from the promenade and a whole bunch of interesting restaurants, cafe's and other amazing experiences. Thank you so much to the team at one26 on M! You really made my stay incredible!

PRIME LOCATION in Sea Point! I loved my stay in a 1-bedroom apartment! The Fluent team were so accommodating. I felt safe, cozy and was so close to many cool local spots in the area. Highly recommend! I also loved their work pods onsite - so convenient.

100 On M is a stunning place that has everything you need in their rooms but what I liked most is the garden area it looks fresh and healthy. Their top roof area is safe and secure, overlooking the building .Neatness and communication from the staff are super exclusive, Keep it up 100 On M

I had a fantastic stay at this building. Everything was seamless from arrival, and you can immediately tell the building is well managed — clean common areas, working lifts, good security, and attention to detail throughout. The unit was spotless and very comfortable, and the overall experience was stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
