Very convenient location, right about my gym! The staff are all incredibly friendly, always greeting you with big smiles when you arrive and even in passing in the passages!

Had a wonderful stay at One26onm. The pool area had beautiful views, staff was friendly and they also have an gourmet ice cream next door 😊

100 On M is a stunning place that has everything you need in their rooms but what I liked most is the garden area it looks fresh and healthy. Their top roof area is safe and secure, overlooking the building .Neatness and communication from the staff are super exclusive, Keep it up 100 On M

I had a fantastic stay at this building. Everything was seamless from arrival, and you can immediately tell the building is well managed — clean common areas, working lifts, good security, and attention to detail throughout. The unit was spotless and very comfortable, and the overall experience was stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

What an absolute gem of an apartment! The setting is simply breathtaking, perfectly positioned in a beautiful area that offers both tranquility and convenience. The surroundings create an instant sense of calm, making it the ideal escape while still being close to everything you need. View of Lions Head and Table Mountain. The property itself is exceptionally comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. Every detail reflects care and quality, from the immaculate interiors to the inviting atmosphere. The service was outstanding — warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, style, and an unforgettable setting

Stayed at 100onM and dealt with Bongani at Fluent throughout - genuinely one of the better short-stay experiences I've had in the city. The apartment itself sits in that sweet spot between proper luxury and actually feeling like somewhere you'd want to come home to. High-end finishes, well thought-out space, nothing feels cheap or like it was done just to photograph well. But it doesn't have that cold, over-designed feel that some premium properties fall into. It actually feels warm and lived-in in the best way. Bongani was the standout though. Responsive, professional, and sorted things out without you needing to follow up twice. That kind of communication makes a real difference when you're travelling or just want a hassle-free stay. He struck the right balance - attentive without being overbearing. Would stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a premium Cape Town base that still has a welcoming, human feel to it.

Very clean apartment, friendly staff. The compact apartment (#315) was spacious with a sea view. Even though the hotel is located at a main street, we could sleep with open windows during the night and you heard and smelled the sea and birds, which was calming 😊. We felt very safe in the apartment. Thanks for having us 🙏🏼
