All was excellent. Low cost, modern flat, beautiful views, good location, WiFi, communication and services. Short distance to restaurants and grocery store. Climb to Lion’s Head (it took us 1.5 hours to hike from hotel to the very top) or run along the shore together with many runners.

Very safe, super vibe with deli inside, well designed cupboard space and well-equipped basic kitchen. All modern, quiet interior and great view of the sea from our balcony on 3rd floor.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cape Town . I’ll definitely be staying here again The room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. the location made it easy to explore the city

This was such a beautiful space, decor absolutely stunning and clean, service was impeccable and such lovely staff.. my recommendation though would be to maybe put I've buckets in the rooms and maybe the option of an extra blanket,and atleast a smile alrea even if it's just a little space otherwise mine and my family's stay was top notch!!

I have no complaints about this place. It is in close proximity with most restaurants. It feels like a central location. Most touristic things are less than 15 minutes drive away. It’s a few minutes walk to the ocean. There’s room service, someone comes to clean. Close to my citi bus 109 and bus 108 stop which takes you to downtown and the waterfront.

The stay was very pleasant. Staff are friendly and greet you everytime you enter and exit the building. They kept my bag for me until it was time to check in. The place is very clean and kept well, although I did see a small mark on the bedding which to me was not a big deal - but might be for someone else. The surrounding area had some loud music from time to time. The location is quite nice with shops close by. There is security next to the entrance which made me feel safe. The only thing that bothered me a little was that room service took a while to get to us. Sometimes we left in the morning and came back after lunch to find that the place was not serviced yet or they were still busy. I do not necessarily have a problem with this, but given that room service is only done every second day this can cause the place to not be serviced for a few days as when I returned I told the staff that they do not need to clean further since I needed to use the space. Overall the stay was pleasant and I will consider returning here.

I was in Cape Town for a work trip and unfortunately made a mistake with my booking dates. To make things worse, the apartment was already booked by someone else for the period I actually needed. I reached out to the GM, Satahara Leigh, explained my situation and what followed was nothing short of incredible. Satahara was so kind, calm, and deeply understanding. She helped me secure a full refund from Airbnb, which in itself was a huge relief, but she didn’t stop there. She went out of her way to help me find alternative accommodation that suited my schedule at SIX ON N, ensuring I had a place to stay for the dates I truly needed. She honestly came to my rescue when I felt stuck. The apartment at SIX ON N was flawless sparkling clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything felt intentional and welcoming. While waiting to check in (as I arrived early), there’s a charming coffee shop just downstairs, and to my surprise, Satahara even arranged a full breakfast for us the food was delicious and the gesture was deeply appreciated. But beyond all of that, what really stood out was her heart. In a world where customer service can feel transactional, Satahara Leigh made the experience feel personal and sincere. She showed care, empathy, and genuine warmth the kind that stays with you long after the trip is over. Satahara, thank you from the bottom of my heart for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a beautiful memory. Your kindness and grace reminded me that the people behind the experience matter just as much as the place itself. I’ll always be grateful and I’ll absolutely be back. 🌸

The place is good . Restaurants all around. Shops and pick and pay a few minutes walking . 5 minutes walk to the sea. Very very helpful reception -amazing. Clean rooms ,everything working. Very nice hot showers . Honestly,very comfortable and secure. I would definitely visit again .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely fantastic stay! I initially booked 5 nights at Eighty2 ON M but extended to 13 nights because of their outstanding service. The team was incredibly responsive—every question was answered promptly, and they went out of their way to accommodate all my needs. The apartment itself is top-notch: modern design, excellent facilities, and the most comfortable bedding I’ve experienced during my travels. The location is unbeatable—just around the corner from the beachfront, with Woolworths supermarket a short 5-minute walk away. There are countless restaurants nearby, and most of Cape Town’s main attractions are just a 10–15 minute Uber ride away. For the price, the value is exceptional. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back!

Beautifully set out - I went for the smallest room and for one person or a close couple it was great for a few nights- I hardly ended up using the kitchen, but there was fresh coffee, tea, a bit of milk oil all ready - and everything from a hob to microwave. Very compact stylish and super clean.

Amazing place to stay. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Seems like a really nice place to stay for a longer trip. We went there in winter so it was a bit cold for the swimming pool, but it looked really nice and had a beautiful view. Best part of the hotel was the staff! They were so nice and helpful. We lost our luggage and they were always ready to help and make us feel welcome and ease our stay. Thank you so much to all the staff!

El departamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Está muy bien ubicado en Sea Point, a solo dos cuadras del mar, en una zona rodeada de bares y perfecta para turistas. Es un excelente punto para caminar frente al mar y disfrutar del entorno. Me sentí seguro en todo momento, tanto dentro del edificio (que cuenta con seguridad) como en la zona. Tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía: utensilios de cocina, jabón, shampoo, Netflix, y también cuenta con servicio de lavandería pago. Hay estacionamiento con costo extra sobre la calle (es tarifado de lunes a sábado, de 8 a 17 hs). Nos permitieron hacer el check-in antes del horario previsto y la atención fue excelente: muy amables y rápidos en responder. Muchas gracias por todo, ¡sin dudas volvería!

Finding this wonderful hotel made my Cape Town trip so enjoyable. I realized after checking in a day later that I was only a 3 block walk to the ever-popular promenade on the beach! There are 2 excellent grocery stores within walking distance, an excellent coffee/pastry shop, and downstairs is a Greek restaurant that rivals ones in Greece! The rooftop pool and deck here at THREE43 on B is gorgeous and the sunset views are magnificent with a peek of the ocean. I loved my room and honestly had a hard time leaving to go explore. I loved that I could control the heat and the A/C in my room. Everything was well thought-out from the cozy throws to the kitchen kettle. Security was good, concierge was spot-on amazing.
