Three43 on B is a great place to stay. Centrally located in Seepoint, 5 min walk from the boulevard, excellent service from Abongile who made our stay fantastic. Don't forget to take a swim in the pool on rooftop and enjoy the view of table mountain, ocean and robben Island. Bike's can be rented at boulevard to ride to V&A Waterfront. Breakfast at Maggy Lou's is a 5 min walk! Magic!

What a wonderful surprise! Rates were so reasonable I had no expectations. Turns out the room was as cute as could be, immaculate and kitchen had all we needed to cook simple meals. Staff more than accommodating. Location just a block from beach. Would recommend to anyone

Unfortunately we didn’t manage to stay at Eighty2 due to a very last minute plane cancellation. I let the team know very late in the day and they very kindly arranged a 100% refund. I wasn’t expecting this and they didn’t have to. Very professional indeed

Absolutely love 100onM! The units are stunning — beautifully designed with modern finishes and amazing attention to detail. The service is always friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. And you can’t beat the location — right by the beach, with the best of Sea Point life just outside your door. Perfect mix of style, comfort, and that relaxed coastal vibe!

I had a wonderful weekend at ONEHUNDRED on M. The apartment was clean, modern, and within walking distance to the beach. It’s a peaceful area and the staff were very friendly. A perfect spot for a relaxing Cape Town getaway!

This hotel is a new addition to the bigger hotel chain (that’s why less reviews at the moment), and the building feels brand new. We almost felt like we were the first guests in our apartment - everything was spotless and cleaned daily. We stayed for three nights and had a beautiful view of Lion’s Head from our room. The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a hair dryer, coffee maker, and tea/coffee supplies. A very comfortable stay!

Wow, having just returned from a 18 night stay at eighty2 on m. I can not recommend it enough. As a woman staying alone I felt so safe! By far the best thing about this property are the staff members, especially Lesley and Bianca. I was made to feel like I was at home, never felt lonely. Always on hand with suggestions for dinner. Before traveling to Cape Town I was anxious but I didn’t need to be. This place is a hidden gem ❤️ thank you for making me feel so at home ❤️

Had a wonderful experience, accommodation located near all tourist attractions, Abongile is so sweet, welcomed us well and yay, took us to Mykonos nextdoor, Which had amazing food. The place is always clean, has all utensils, aircon for cold and hot days. Magnificent views, naturally beautiful. 100/10 service . I highly recommend the place will definitely come back again

Мы остановились на 6 ночей. Самое главное: у нас ничего не украли, ничего не пропало. Мы за это переживали. Всю наличку, все 300$ 😁 я всегда брал с собой, в номере никаких денег не оставлял. Всю технику: ноутбук, наушники, камера и т. д., лично я оставлял на столе, на видном месте. Жена в силу своей тревожности убирала какие-то ценные вещи в сейф. В день заезда нас впустили раньше, так как номер был готов. Внутри было чисто, убрано, хорошо пахло. Уборка была один раз за все время, но она нам особо и не требовалась. Полотенце было почему-то одно, хотя нас двое, и во время уборки их забыли поменять, пришлось спускаться на ресепшн и просить два свежих. В номере все работало и был хороший интернет. Пару раз мы готовили завтрак и ужин. Но чаще всего завтракали и иногда обедали в чудесный кафешке на первом этаже. Номер у нас был на 5 этаже с видом прямо на стройку, которая буквально только началась. Было шумно по утрам, приходилось спать в берушах. В течении дня тоже был шум до 16-17 часов примерно. Мы брали машину в аренду и парковались рядом с апартами на этой улице. Всегда были свободные места. За полотенца и стройку сначала хотел забрать звезду в отзыве, но передумал. В день выезда нам любезно дали еще час времени на завтрак и сборы, да и в остальном все было очень доброжелательно, учтиво и с желанием помочь нам. Мы остались полностью довольны своим проживанием ☺️

The entrance is on point, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My apartment was stylish, spotless, and incredibly comfortable with everything I needed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay . The pool deck is such a vibe very cool with amazing views! There's also a beautiful atrium with a tree and plants inside the building. Highly recommend 100onM! 🌟

Hemos pasado 5 días cuya estancia ha sido perfecta. El apartamento tiene de todo (lavadora, cocina equipada, plancha, secador, adaptadores de enchufe, enchufes europeos, bonitas vistas desde la piscina (planta 9). El personal muy amable. Se puede hacer checking fuera de hora ya que tiene personal de seguridad y claves de acceso. Barrio muy tranquilo. Recomendable 100%

Super Lage und tolles Kaffee! Alles vorhanden was man benötigt, sauber und ordentlich. Wenn man sowieso vor der Schulzeit wach ist, ist das kein Problem ansonsten ist die Klingel sehr laut!

I had a great stay at Six on N in Sea Point. The place is clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. Staff? Bunch of lovely people. It’s just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. I loved having breakfast at Norfolk Eatery downstairs, and close to places like The Crossed on Main Road. Great stay if you want comfort, convenience, and easy access to Cape Town’s best coastal spots.

These serviced apartments are perfectly situated in Cape Town. Fully equipped and beautifully presented. You can eat out or at home as theres plenty of very local grocery stores for you to get your dinner if you want to cook. Underground secure parking make this place a must if you have a car. The staff were very helpful about where to go and what to see and always greeted us with a smile. Can't reccomened this place enough.

Everything was fantastic with my stay, the staff are so helpful and friendly, the location is absolutely great close to all you need and a lovely deli connected at the side for all you need, shops are also close. The only thing I would suggest is more hangers for your towels in the bathroom

This place is amazing with beautiful views, plus it’s clean and quiet. It’s 3 minutes walk to the beach and the main road. The staff is sooooo friendly and very much accommodating. The location is unbeatable—minutes from the CBD and V&A Waterfront, with the Promenade nearby for a quick break. The apartment was sleek and modern, with fast Wi-Fi and a great desk for work. Stunning mountain views were a bonus, and the self-check-in was seamless. Staff quickly handled a small request for extra towels. Perfect spot for business travelers; I’ll be back! Highly recommend.

recently stayed at Onehundred on M in Sea Point, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The building is modern, secure, and impeccably maintained, with great attention to detail throughout. My apartment was stylish, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — with everything I needed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The views were a definite highlight — waking up to Sea Point’s ocean breeze and mountain views was unforgettable. The location is perfect: just a short walk from the Promenade, restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores. It’s close enough to everything, but still feels peaceful and private. The staff and building management were also excellent — responsive, friendly, and professional. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend Onehundred on M to anyone visiting Cape Town who’s looking for a comfortable and upscale home base in a great neighbourhood.
