- Notify the Guest: If Fluent finds a guest's belongings, we will reach out immediately.
- Return Process: Hosts and guests can negotiate how items will be returned. Typically, the guest covers shipping costs.
- Unclaimed Items: If items remain unclaimed after 1 month, Fluent may choose to discard or donate the item.
