    Het gebouw bevindt zich aan Bellevue Road 343 in Sea Point. De buurt is zeer beloopbaar, met veel bezienswaardigheden, cafés en winkels die gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar zijn. Betaald parkeren is beschikbaar op het terrein; informeer naar de details en beschikbaarheid.

Een LED-lamp is aanwezig om het appartement te verlichten tijdens uitval. Ons conciërgeteam zal u op de hoogte houden van geplande uitval.
