Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions for refunds and amendments to bookings at Fluent properties.

Cancellation Terms

  • 30+ days before arrival: Full refund.

  • Less than 30 days but more than 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.

  • 14 to 8 days before arrival: 75% forfeiture of the total stay amount (25% refunded).

  • 7 days or less before arrival: 100% forfeiture of the total stay amount.

  • No-shows and early departures are treated as cancellations and are not refunded.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to the same account used for the original payment.

  • Banking fees incurred during refunds will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect.

  • Non-Refundable Bookings: These rates are offered at a discount and cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

Amendments to Bookings

  • Requests to change booking dates will be considered based on availability and may incur additional charges due to seasonal rate differences.

  • For amendments made within 14 days of arrival, the original cancellation terms may still apply.

Third-Party Reservations (OTAs)

If your booking was made via an online travel agency (OTA), the OTA’s cancellation and refund policy applies, and all cancellations/changes must be managed via that platform:
