Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions for refunds and amendments to bookings at Fluent properties.
Cancellation Terms

30+ days before arrival: Full refund.

Less than 30 days but more than 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.

14 to 8 days before arrival: 75% forfeiture of the total stay amount (25% refunded).

7 days or less before arrival: 100% forfeiture of the total stay amount.

No-shows and early departures are treated as cancellations and are not refunded.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the same account used for the original payment.

Banking fees incurred during refunds will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect.

Non-Refundable Bookings: These rates are offered at a discount and cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
Amendments to Bookings

Requests to change booking dates will be considered based on availability and may incur additional charges due to seasonal rate differences.

For amendments made within 14 days of arrival, the original cancellation terms may still apply.
Third-Party Reservations (OTAs)
If your booking was made via an online travel agency (OTA), the OTA’s cancellation and refund policy applies, and all cancellations/changes must be managed via that platform:
