Reservations and Payments

Guest Responsibilities

The guest booking the accommodation is responsible for all members of their party.

Guests must respect the property, its contents, and its community. Any damage caused during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in additional charges.

Liability

fluent is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property. We recommend utilizing in-room safes and securing valuables.

The use of amenities, such as the rooftop pool or common areas, is at your own risk. Guests are advised to adhere to safety guidelines provided.
 
Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 3 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is required by 11 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
 
Third-Party Bookings

For reservations made through platforms like Airbnb or Booking.com, their respective terms and conditions will also apply.
