Stroomuitval (belastinguitval): Zoals alle panden in Kaapstad, ervaart dit gebouw geplande stroomonderbrekingen. We hebben maatregelen getroffen om de impact op uw verblijf te minimaliseren: Een generator voorziet alle gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, gangverlichting en liften van stroom. Een draagbaar krachtstation is aanwezig om persoonlijke apparaten zoals telefoons en laptops op te laden. Een UPS-backup zorgt ervoor dat de WiFi-verbinding ononderbroken blijft. Een LED-lamp is beschikbaar om het appartement tijdens stroomonderbrekingen te verlichten. Ons conciërgeteam zal assisteren met kennisgevingen van geplande stroomuitval via een aanbevolen mobiele app.
