What a gorgeous building. The room I stayed in was perfect. I loved the location, easy to grab breakfast across the road and the promenade is 150m away. There's also a beautiful atrium with a tree and plants, inside the building - provides a true seen of peace. The always smiling building staff are doing a fantastic job.
Best location! Couldn’t get through all the great coffee shops in the area. Reception and security were super helpful and knowledgeable!

Had a good experience. The location is fantastic – lots of restaurants and a grocery store just a short walk away. The apartment was well-equipped with everything you might need: coffee, tea, microwave, oven, washing machine – super convenient and comfortable. The room itself was quite small, fine for a short stay but it might feel too tight for a longer visit. Since we were on the 2nd floor, it got quite noisy early in the morning when the garbage trucks were collecting bins right outside. Also, the windows only had heavy curtains (no sheer ones), so during the day you had to keep them closed for privacy, which made the room a bit dark. Overall, great location and well-equipped place, but I’d recommend asking for a room on a higher floor for a quieter and brighter stay.
Location is close to everything, which is especially helpful for those looking for a place to stay with easy access to all facilities imaginable! This is the perfect place for leisure and business travellers, I would highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Cape Town!
The concierge was very welcoming. The cleaning team and service were the best. Overall experience was really great. The place provides a beautiful view of the lions head and the beach is a 5 minutes walk, which I loved. The place is closed most activities and the security is very tight and well planned. I loved the experience and will definitely come back next time.❤️❤️❤️❤️
Had an amazing stay at Three43 On B which is right in the heart of the bustling Seapoint. The apartment is afew minutes walk to the Seapoint Promenade and is surrounded by restaurants, pubs and shops right at its door step. You will be spoilt for choice. You can jog along the Seapoint Promenade, visit the beach, paragliding, kite surfing, skating or simply enjoy a walk.

What a special building and special and attentive service from the fluent team on site. From the concierges at the desk in the beautiful lobby to the housekeepers in the passages. Everyone so friendly and willing to help. The building with facilities is truly extraordinary. So much respect shown by the architects to pay homage to the original 1904 facade. An absolute delight !

Los apartamentos están muy bien situados, muy cercanos al paseo marítimo. Las fotos no engañan, son tan cual y están bien equipados. Además cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas y nosotros añadimos sobre la marcha una plaza de garaje, que inicialmente no teníamos, y sin ningún problema. Muy recomendable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The apartment/room was spacious, very cozy, spotless, and modern, with brand-new furnishings and a beautiful view. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, always ready to help. The rooftop pool is a real highlight – beautifully designed with great views. On the ground floor, there is a charming café offering delicious pastries and excellent breakfasts. The location is perfect: a calm and safe area, just a short walk from the promenade and many nice restaurants. Overall, I was very impressed and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Easy location from the airport! Area itself is quite safe, quiet, and located near a lot of things to do and see. Front desk staff was kind and check in was a breeze. Hotel has locked in gate so safety is not an issue and rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. We were even able to have a lovely view from our patio. WiFi works perfect and signal was good. Our only issue was the pressure from the shower, it was basically non existent. However, we would stay here again. Kitchen has basics, such as a tea kettle. Tons of storage space for luggage, and even a portable charger for power outages.

I had a great two week stay. There was a glitch with my initial booking, which was quickly and efficiently resolved by management. In particular I must single out Lilly, who ironed out everything with a lovely bottle of wine to boot. The studio apartment was just big enough, with great bedding, a small but user friendly kitchen. I had a balcony. The shower was lovely. The proximity to the beach and shops was very good. I highly recommend these apartments.
فندق جميل بنظام الشقق ، حجزنا شقه غرفتين وصاله ومطبخ وحمامين ، يوجد باركن برسوم وهو خاص بالفندق (آمن) ، العيب الوحيد انه لا يوجد شطاف ، وبعض الاوقات الصباح يوجد صيانه فبتسمعون اصوات خاصة بالصيانة ولكن الفندق جميل والموظفين متعاونين جداً ويحاولون المساعده في كل شي تحتاجونه

Beautiful, clean ,very well equipped room. Lots of packing space. Very luxurious with the best view ever. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff,including the lady who cleaned our room. Laverne went above and beyond to help us when we arrived. Close to the promenade and,shops and restaurants. Thank you also for ordering the nice weather throughout our stay😜. Will definitely be back. Everything about my stay here was just wonderful. The check-in was smooth, the communication was fast and friendly, the location is right in the middle of everything where you can access food and activities within a short time. The room was small and cute (perfect for what I was looking for). The facilties are over the top and luxurious as well - all for an affordable price. I had a view of the beach from my room and also didn't deal with noise when I was on the balcony. I have no complaints about my stay here and I'll definitely come back on my next stay in Seapoint.
