I had an amazing stay at this apartment hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The place was clean, secure, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and easy-going, making everything smooth and stress-free. A special mention to Themba, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again
This place is amazing with beautiful views, plus it’s clean and quiet. It’s 3 minutes walk to the beach and the main road. The staff is sooooo friendly and very much accommodating. They surprised us with a beautiful & romantic setup & some bubbly, we loved it. We’ll definitely come back again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Super impressed from the moment I walked in the lobby area is such a great space. The apartment was clean, stylish, and had everything I needed — full kitchen, comfy bed, fast WiFi, and even a smart TV WITH NETFLIX for winding down. Felt more like a boutique hotel than a short-term rental. The rooftop pool and views? Unreal. Perfect spot to chill after a day out. Plus, the location in Sea Point is spot-on — close to the promenade, great coffee spots, and easy access to the city and beaches. Naked Cafe just across the road very convenient! Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Honestly, it was one of the best stays I’ve had in Cape Town - tops to the FLUENT GROUP i have stayed at several of their properties and this being the newest addition its truly amazing. Would 100% book again.
Good location as they’re close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Easy check-in and check-out. Room is cleaned regularly. Staff are courteous and accommodating.

Was such a pleasant experience, the service was good, rooms were clean and neat, and we got assistance whenever we needed it. We were a big group and didn’t struggle checking in at different times too, staff was so nice. I would rate them a 10/10
Wir waren für 2 Wochen hier vor Ort. Man kann von hier alles fußläufig gut erreichen, ein Supermarkt wie auch sämtliche Cafés und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Toller Service, alles sauber. Sehr sicher. Mit Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller und einer Rooftop Pool.

We visited Cape Town for the weekend and 6 on N was an AMAZING location for our accommodation. Very convenient, closer to the stores and Adelphi Mall. Closer to the beach and other amenities. The Deli downstairs and rooftop swimming pool were awesome features that the building had to offer. I hope that someday I will visit again. We had an amazing time and I recommend 6 on N for anyone who intends to visit Cape Town.

Have stayed here for the last two months and I can honestly say it’s been an absolute pleasure. The staff has been nothing but helpful and welcoming. The rooms have so much more storage than you’d think. Having cleaning every second day has saved me sooo much time. And having the prom in walking distance and the deli downstairs has been the cherry on top. (Definitely recommend trying the Biscoff cheesecake). Would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved staying at ONEHUNDREDONM! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was stunning and had a great view, their housekeeping team really did an amazing job of cleaning our room, and the location is just perfect! There are great cafe's and restaurants in and around the building, with the promenade just one street away. I'll definitely be back! Thank you for an awesome experience.
Well-equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated apartment. Excellent location with restaurants, markets, ATMs, and the beach all within walking distance; just 9 minutes by car from the Waterfront and about 15 minutes from top attractions like Lion’s Head, Table Mountain, and Camps Bay. The apartment was very small, with little space to open our suitcases, and the shower flooded the entire bathroom. Housekeeping was only provided every two days. There were no clear instructions for arriving by car, and the gate actually closed on our vehicle—fortunately without major damage. We only received the garage remote on the third day of our stay. Since it was cold, we couldn’t use the pool, but it did look very nice.

What a gorgeous building. The room I stayed in was perfect. I loved the location, easy to grab breakfast across the road and the promenade is 150m away. There's also a beautiful atrium with a tree and plants, inside the building - provides a true seen of peace. The always smiling building staff are doing a fantastic job.
Best location! Couldn’t get through all the great coffee shops in the area. Reception and security were super helpful and knowledgeable!
