    Things to know

    Loadshedding (Power Outages): Like all properties in Cape Town, this apartment is subject to scheduled power outages. To minimize the impact on your stay, we have the following measures in place: A generator powers all common areas, passage lights, and elevators. A portable power station is provided to charge your personal electronic devices (phones, laptops). A UPS backs up the Wi-Fi, ensuring an uninterrupted internet connection. An LED light is available to illuminate the apartment during an outage. Neighborhood Noise: There is some construction taking place in the surrounding neighborhood.
