For digital nomads, the neighborhood is full of trendy, affordable cafés that can serve as your office for the day. Don't miss the Norfolk Deli, conveniently located on the ground floor of the building. It offers an amazing selection of fresh meals, coffee, and baked goods—the perfect stop for a quick bite or a sit-down meal.

    Getting around

    One dedicated basement parking space is available per apartment. Please note that access to the parking garage is provided after check-in and is charged at R150 per day. Alternatively, free street parking is available in the surrounding area, though it is subject to availability. The central location also makes it easy to explore the area on foot.

    Things to know

    Dedicated Service: Our friendly on-site concierge team is available from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For after-hours needs, a communication chat line is available. You will also have a direct line to the General Manager. Housekeeping: Your apartment will be serviced every second day. Additional cleaning and linen changes are available for your convenience at an additional charge. Loadshedding (Power Outages): To minimize the impact of scheduled power outages, your apartment is equipped with a portable power station for charging devices, a UPS for uninterrupted WiFi, and an LED light. The building's generator powers all common areas and elevators. Nearby Construction: Please be aware that there is some construction taking place in the surrounding neighborhood.
