You'll have access to private in-unit workspaces, shared working spaces, and bookable boardrooms to ensure a productive stay. Loadshedding (Power Outages) Like all properties in Cape Town, this apartment is subject to scheduled power outages. To minimize the impact, we have the following in place: A generator powers all common areas, passage lights, and elevators.
